Hello everyone! I hope everybody had a great weekend and I hope your week is going good so far. I have had a hectic last couple weeks, I have worked a lot of overtime plus I had quite a few graduation parties to attend on top of trying to pack so we can move in the next few weeks. I have gotten a little behind on my studies so I need to crack the whip and get myself caught up. I feel that going to school has made me a much better person and also has shown my kids that you can do anything you want to in life if you put your mind to it and work very hard. My daughter has already started college classes this summer she is attending a community college to become a nurse and my son who will be 14 has already decided he is going to join the military when he is old enough and my stepson is also going to join the military this fall and study for his nursing as well. I am so proud of all of my kids they are heading down the right path and working hard to have a great future. I hope everyone has a great week and I will see you all in class.

Hello everyone! I hope everyone is having a remarkable weekend. I have had a very busy weekend so far, I had two kids graduate high school this past week so I just finished up having a party for them. I am glad these hectic last couple weeks is about over with. I can understand why there is such a thing called plagiarism. This is to protect anyone from using and taking another persons credit for their hard work. I realize that sometimes plagiarism is not intentional, but there still should be consequences for this happening. I personally have never had this done to me but if it did I would not be a very happy person especially if I worked very hard at something. I hope everyone enjoys the rest of their weekend and I will see you all in class!

The crazy life of an online student

Hello everyone! I hope everyone enjoys their Memorial Weekend. Unfortunately I have to work the whole weekend so I will not have too much fun lol! I have to say that being an online student has its advantages and disadvantages. First, its nice to be able to sit in the privacy of your home in your pjs and attend class and going at your own pace, but it can be a little challenging at times as well. I find being a full time third shift worker and a mother of three it can be hard for me at times to keep up on my schoolwork and also study as well and I also sometimes miss sitting in a classroom because I have always been a hands on learner so it can be difficult for me. I have been in school for a year now so I have made it this far and I intend on keeping at it and working hard. I feel I have come this far why should I give up my dreams if I find myself getting a little overwhelmed at times. I wish everyone the best at everything they do and I hope you all fullfill your dreams as well:) Have a wonderful weekend everyone!

It is hard to believe that it is the end of the term, my how time flys by. I really enjoyed this class and I enjoyed reading some of the work that everyone has done. I have to say if giving advice to an upcoming student on doing a scientific research paper it would be think really, really hard on what would be a good argumentive paper do not do what I did and pick the first thing that comes to mind because I really struggled with my topic. I know they will also enjoy this class as well it just teaches us so much on how to write a perfect, oh ok maybe almost perfect paper. I hope by taking this class it helps me in my future classes when it comes to writing, because like I said before I have never been a good writer and I always seem to struggle with this. I want to wish everyone the best of luck with everything you do and most of all a big THANK YOU to Professor Hall for being so wonderful!

Hello everyone! I hope it is sunny where ever you are, because it is raining and very dreary in Illinois. I first want to say as I am finishing up writing my paper I am a tad bit nervous because I have really never been a what you want to call good writer. I am just hoping as I finish up with this project it will turn out ok.With all the hustle and bustle I have had lately it has been really hard to focus on my school work and it is really bothering me, I am not getting the good grades I have had the last three terms:( Well, I just want to say good luck to everybody and I hope to talk to you soon:)

Hello everyone! I hope everyone is doing well. Well what can I say except that I have been spinning in circles. I have so much going on right now that I do not know which way to go. I have two papers to right this term, I have been working alot of hours, I have two kids graduating in 4 wks so I have been busy planning for their party. Oh I forgot to mention we are also in the process of trying to buy a house. I know I can manage I have had to carry alot on my shoulder before and I always seem to pull through. I have to say I think I will continue to write on my blog even after this class is finished. I enjoy writing down my thoughts and I also would like to stay in touch with my classmates. Hello everyone! I think spring has finally made! The grass is so nice and green and all of my perennials and other plants are blooming. I hope everyone is having a great day and I hope you all have a good weekend. I just want to say that having other classmates read our papers and give us some input has been a very helpful thing for me. I just want to say thank you to Onnalee for pointing out a couple of things that I have forgotten to add to my paper and this is going to be a big help to me when I do my finished product. I tend to stress when it comes to writing papers because I am not one who is very good at writing thoughts down on paper I have always been a kinisthetic learner so this is very difficult to me, but thank you again Onnalee! I will see everyone in class next week!:)

The last six weeks

Hello fellow classmates! Here we are in Unit 6. Where has the time gone. I have to say the last six weeks for me have been very overwhelming. I have been trying to catch all of my homework up plus get done what is currently due and this has been very frustrating. With gettng as much homework time in as well as going to work and fitting my daughters softball games in I am not sure if I have been coming or going. I think I have managed it all though, but I really am not sure how I did it. I hope everyone is having a great week and I hope you all have a good weekend and I will see you in class next week!:)

The influence school has had on my life

Well classmates can you believe we are on Unit 5 already, how time has flown. I first want to start out by saying that school has influenced my life in several ways: I have become a stronger person because I have had to juggle a full time job, a family and my school. I know this can be alot for one person but if I want to make myself a better person I can find ways to juggle my life. I think with me going to school it has a great effect on my kids as well, they see how hard I work to make things better for myself and the family and they also know that as they grow up and get older they can be whatever they want to be by working hard at it. I just feel really good and proud of myself for taking that step and going back to school so I can have a better life for me and my family. I hope everyone has a nice weekend and I will see everyone next week!:)

Another weekend gone

Hello everyone! I can not believe we are on Unit 4 already, where does the time go? I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend, what is left of it. The weekends just seem to go by way too fast and before we know it is back to the hustle and bustle of another work week and another week of classes. I took a little break from homework this weekend to spend some time with the kids, unfortunately my husband had to work so there was no time with him. I took a nice long brisk walk with my daughter today and how nice it was. I just feel so refreshed and ready to get down to business afterwards. I hope you all have a nice day and I will see everyone in class!

Ok so today is another rainy, cold, dreary day. I really hate these days because I seem to not have any energy at all. I need to get a little bit of energy here because I have so much homework to catch on, maybe I should go step on the eliptical for a bit and get a little boost:) Hope to talk to everyone later.

Life of an online student

Hello my fellow bloggers! This is the first time for me as a blogger so lets see how it goes. I am sitting here trying to think of how I feel about online classes and I have to say I really enjoy it. As a working mom of three and the kids being so busy in sports I like the flexibility of it and I can work at my pace. I do have to say though sometimes it can be a little more overwhelming then sitting in a classroom, but I have learned to make a schedule of my everyday activities and it has worked out awesome. I have met some really awesome people through online classes and I hope it continues. The best of luck to all my fellow classmates! Talk to everyone soon:)
